1. Who we are

Copynergy ("we", "us") is an SEO and GEO agency registered in Wyoming, USA, operating the website copynergy.com. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@copynergy.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you request a free audit or contact us, we collect the website URL you submit, your email address, and anything you include in a message. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which forwards them to our inbox.

Information collected automatically

When enabled, the following third-party tools collect usage data through cookies and similar technologies:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, and interaction events such as form submissions and booking-link clicks.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking: whether a visit that came from a Google ad led to an audit request.
  • Meta Pixel: page views and lead events, used to measure and improve advertising on Meta platforms.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag: page views and conversion events, used to measure and improve advertising on LinkedIn.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

  • To respond to you. Delivering the audit you requested and replying to messages: performance of steps you asked for before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To measure and improve the site and our marketing. Analytics and advertising tags: our legitimate interests, or your consent where consent is required (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(a)).
  • To meet legal obligations where they apply to us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Cookies

The analytics and advertising tools above set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works without them. Where required by law, tracking runs only after you consent.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors that make the site work: Web3Forms (form delivery), Google (analytics and ads), Meta (advertising measurement), LinkedIn (advertising measurement), our email provider, and Hostinger (website hosting). Some of these providers process data in the United States; where EU data is transferred, providers rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep it

Audit requests and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of each tool, which we keep at the shortest practical duration.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@copynergy.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

This site is for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
